I am picking up my '71 FJ40 this weekend and joining the list of people who spend all thier spare time hunting for parts...

I am looking for suggestions on where to find new and used parts in the Seattle/Tacoma area. First off is a floor mount stick, then new front seats, and a carb rebuild.

Soon I will be looking for trails too :D

Craigslist. good place to find random parts if you ask me.

Any other Pull-A-Part yards would be good as well.

I have been keeping an eye on craigs list. The pick-your-parts places in Fed Way scare me and seem to have everything BUT what I need.

Olympic 4x4 in Snohomish is another good one.

www.nw-wheelers.com has a local 4x4 for sale section. There is a big 4x4 swapmeet in Puyallup in March.

There a good truck only yard in Auburn , AAA Auto Wrecking i think. Can remember whast thier jeep selection was like.
