: Joplin, MO OffRoad Park by J D Offroad? YJRockBuggy 08-14-2002, 11:56 AM Has anyone been here and tried this? I have heard of several that were going to head down and try this park. Is it worth it? I want to get there this month hopefully. If not, for sure Labor Day weekend. Hopefully it's better than Tuttle, same driving distance for me though, just checked Yahoo maps. 3.5 hours, so figure 3 at the most. Take a camera Go2Guy 08-15-2002, 07:42 AM Snowball AKA JD's (Joey's) off road park is pretty decent. Lots of trails, and they've made more since I've been there. It is hard to compare it to Disney as they are apples and oranges. Snowball really is more geared toward the mild to medium crowd- no offense meant by that. There are some climbs that are challenging and definately require lockers, driving skills and in some cases balls. It's a good place to spectate dial in and test as you can get around pretty well to limp out or even get a trailer in.
