whats the trick to busting people out? ive tried busting people out i kno was lower than me and it didnt work....?

the more skill you have, the easier it gets, wait untill you are like a 4, or a 5 before you start busting like crazy, and i always make sure all my meters are full

try your dexterity as well

I haven't had much luck busting anyone out that is a higher level. It might have to do with their stats compared to yours. I ususally look at their user number and if it is near mine or higher, I do it.

Also, the higher their level, the more exp you get. One level 1 bust gave me 5 and one level 8 (same as me) bust gave me 35.

Do you get the same experience from busts from the jail, hospital, and impound, or are they different?
