For anyone in near Allentown PA you might have heard about Constitution Dr. It is an area owned by Bethlehem Steel (That is what I have been told so if it wrong let me know please) that has alot of mud pits and trails running through the woods in the back. As of now the offroad section is closed and if they catch you back there they will give you a $300 fine and impound your vehicle. Even with the fine there are alot of people who are still going back there illegaly and not getting caught. My friend and I want to see them reopen Constitution Dr and turn it into a Park for OHV's.
Anybody that wants to see it reopen or will support this please post on here and send a supporting email to: Constitution_Dr@yahoo.com
Lets try and make this work so we can have more legal places to go and have some fun without disturbing anyone.
Thanks for your support.

If it's on private property you may be otta luck.
If people keep trespassing and pissing off the property owners, (and in turn further ruining our rep) you may even be MORE otta luck.

I know but I am thinking that they might donate the property to let it become a park because that would increase their rep and help the community alot.

Hey my name is Ferris and I live 2 minutes from consty. I used to go there all the time with my XJ and screw around there are a lot of good memories there. Although I'm pretty sure it's city owned land. I started going down there 4 or 5 years ago. This is a thought that Iakve had before and a lot of my friends would be willing to help. If you are real serious about pursuing this goal let me know and I'll give you my e-mail I would love to get that place back for the wheeling community down here.

for some reason the emails I send to you are "undeliverable" so just use the PMs. And I could use any help your willing to give.

I think you need to find out if it is city land now, or still private property.
Once you know that, you can have a plan to work on getting it reopened for 4x4 recreation.
Each one of these options has it's own issues, and can be worked independently.
Once you know the status of the property, please post that up, and I can have Carla, the UFWDA attorney give you all some ideas on how to work this.
Thanks
Todd
