i bought the scorpion kit slightly used off a fellow board member...it came with a 60 turn integy motor and rooster crawler.......the origianl plan was to build a replica of my 1:1 tacoma, but after wheeling the scorpion i realized it was soooo much fun, i didnt wanna mess it up with a scale type, higher C of G, build...thatll come later...

in the meantime, i bought TCS's 4link upper mounts front and rear, hot racings aluminum knuckles and C's(after breaking on of each in stock form). threw in some MIP driveshafts and a fancy high torque front servo from hobbico and a set of m3 compound bfg crawler replica tires(proline flat irons)...

so far i need to upgrade the tranny outputs as mine keep stripping off setscrew mounting flats(i have both screws in and religiously retorgque and im still periodically having issues...

i bought a futaba 2 channel radio, unfortunately, and a spare mini servo for a future DIG setup(any suggestions?)...i also have a couple traxxis radios, if i can mount a dig toggle, that would be fine...

well i like your junk man. as for the radio, if its a tq3 you can add the toggle. if you need help, i can do that, there is a link on rcc to mod the tq3 for rear steer or dig.

I did this mod to my TQ3 and use it for dig. I can get a 4wd,fwd with tires free wheel and fwd with rear tires locked.
