last Friday on Fordyce during Sierra Trek.

It had *ALOT* of chrome on it. Grill, bumpers, tube doors, and "the wing".

When I first saw made me kinda :barf: but whatever. I guess the guy likes crhome. It sounded like a small block V8 under the hood. Didn't see it from the front but he had a rear dana 60. It was super clean and he just walked it right past everyone. I was kinda surpised he hadn't chromed the long arms ;)

Hey, I always say to each his own, and if he likes chrome and it's not a chrome part that breaks every weekend and holds up all his buddies, then more bling bling power to him, but that wing....WTF is that? does he need to get air up over the 40' trailer he pulls with that thing? Or did his 9 year old son buy it for him so he had to put it on the Jeep?

thats is a sweet jeep, like the fender job, i guess chrome is his choice... i wish i could run (afford ) hellcats, and the only :confused: is that wing.....

Yeah I'm not a big fan of chrome either but it was a clean, nicely built rig, and unlike most of the shiny in-town mall jeeps this one is actually on a trail.

anyway, I haven't seen this one around before, online or in person so I thougt I'd ask if any of you ladies knew him.

I was expecting some sort of multi shocked chromed out thing while waiting for the freakishly huge picture to load:flipoff2: but While I wouldn't do it that way it's cool. The wing is very curious though:rolleyes: :eek: :barf:

The little chicken-wing on the side is called a safari door. Not very good on a safari a lion could get right in and bite your ass. Two notice the way he's gripping the steering wheel like he's gonna die. Three his spotter is not even neccessary. Four even his watch is bling bling. Classic example of what a little money does to some people. The Jeep's gay and it doesn't even look like he's having fun.

The wing works on the reverse Bernoulli principal. The slower you go on the trail, the more the wing makes you suck right on to the rocks.

Last time I checked those were called tube doors? Mine work really well at keeping boulders out of my cab, but not lions. Maybe the bright chrome sacres them away like Rock'em said.

Nice eye! Yeah, he does only have beadlocks on the front. Either he's running his spare on the driver's rear and didn't bling up for the 5th beadlock (like he doesn't have enough money?) or maybe he was doing some hardcore action earier and lost the beadlock simulator trim ring somewhere, like backing off the trailer or something hardcore like that.

Most people probably didn't see that because they couldn't see that far over, I mean, come one now, I've got a 21 inch monitor and I still had to scroll over RESIZE THE PIC!!!

Although I too think it's :rainbow: It's really not that hard to figure out why. The front tires most often lose beads because they are responsible for turning the vehicle (on most rigs). Thus they incur the most sidewall load leading to frequent bead loss. Or what 4bangler said

Maybe he bought a poseur jeep and stuck a lift and axles under it. Instead of removing the bling he left it on as a conversation piece.

Quadratec has those Safari doors for $179.95 for a set of the chrome. The guy blew $180 bucks on those:( That's sad the description for them reads like this:"Neat Safari Doors install instantly and provide additional protection when big game hunting, rock climbing or just cruising the mall." No shit man those baby's are harcore and dual-purpose for rock climbing and cruising the mall.:flipoff2:
