I'm wondering if Warden Hurst had gotten out of his car with his weapon drawn and trained at suspects drivers side things would have ended differently? After all, he certainly would have been justified in doing so.

i doubt it. im sure he was getting out with weapon drawn anyway. looked like he had been running from them and if they were getting him for shooting deer from the road, they know he is armed.


I have the utmost respect for game wardens. down here in Texas they have to deal with so much shit, its amazing. they have a lot of duites and rights that regular officers dont have, like they can cut the lock off a gate if they want to. Sometimes, sheriffs will bring a game warden along to do jsut that.

I hope they fry that bastard quick too. acutally, i wish some of the officers would have lit him up like a christmas tree after he started shooting. save all of us the money and court time of that faggot. :mad3:
