: TJ residual valve? how to remove?

Ok guys ive been searching but i cant find any infor on TJ's.

Im running 4 wheel disc's and from what ive read (which i cant find any of it now for some reason) i need to remove the o ring in the residual vavle. I could have sworn i saw a write up on how to remove it but i cant find any of the info. can any of you guys help i would like to get this straight before i start bleed'n the system and have to do it all over again.

thats what i was looking for i guess didnt have the verbage right for the search engine.

im gonna pull that all apart tonight and finish installing the lines so i can let the system gravity blead for a while before i start bleeding.

Good stuff. I plan on doing the same thing on my YJ once I get the 14 FF in. I also read that a MC off a ford E350 van (Bigdude did this) works quite well or a ford bronco...I'm gonna give the YJ MC a go first and if I need to upgrade for more volume I'll probally get the E350 MC since it bolts up with ease..

yeah im in the same boat... im gonna see if my tj mc is enough. if it is fine if not ill replace it.

cant wait to get this thing back on the road. should be road testing this weekend.

I took the comb/prop. valve out and ran the front lines off the MC and the rear is also off the MC with an adjustable prop. valve.

Works way better!!!:)

My junk is just plumbed with some brass T fittings:D Works fine...the rear drums just lock up before the disks if I stomp on the brake pedal.
