I am looking for a clocking ring to go between a 70's c6 and a ford 205 I want to clock it up and on a budget! the cheaper the better. If you have one can make one or know someone that does let me know.

get a transfer punch and a drill press
redrill the bolt pattern on the adapter
grind a notch for the shift rail
not hard

If im understanding him right he means to redrill your existing adapter on the transfercase side and re notch it. Not add another piece of metal.

I drilled and tapped new holes in the case itself and notched the adapter for the shift rail. The adapter I was using was from a 208 because that was what was in the truck.

I put loc-tited bolts in the existing holes and cut & ground them down flush.
