Well Kelly and I are departing on Friday headed to Moab for a few days, then to Grand Junction, Montrose over Christmas, Farmington over New Years, then Moab for a few more days on our way back home. Trip will be about 3 weeks maybe a month depending how things go. Lots of wheeling my favorite parts of the world!
As I try to do most of the time, post a trip report. Having "Jnau99" Justin, with me my last few trips has made me lazy and I have not been doing my usual reports. I did not even do one for our anuual Hammers fall run:shaking:
So this thread is going to be updated on Kelly's and my trip for the next few weeks.
What to expect:
Lots of snow, red rocks, mud, suprises, and always good snow and winter camping. Winter is the best time of the year to get it AWN!
Stay tuned for updates.

Well we just spent a little time in Moab for right now, and headed for Grand Junction. Today we hit a very, very slick Billings Canyon. The trail is alwas in top notch condition, no trash of people building bypasses. The Grand Mesa Jeep club and the BLM do an outstanding job of taking care of this amazing area.
Once again Kelly took most of the driving duties, she is a good driver and likes the pratice. The icy conditions made a tough trail very chalanging. Just her, me, and the dogs

I just want to tell you that you are an asset to this sport. A breath of fresh air. Obviously educated, employed, a true passion for the sport. I am over here in the Norwood area and if I had my rig up and running I would join you in Montrose for sure. The snow can make an easy trail really hard!

Congradulations on the marraige. She is certainly a looker and if she likes to wheel a keeper for sure!

So good to see people in here that aren't bashing other user groups etc. Will you be in Moab this EJS. Maybe we can run a trail together? Always good to wheel with people like yourselves. Enjoy the rest of your vacation. Is Redmountain Pass open? Enjoy Farmington.
