Had a great day out, there was still some snow about, the ground was really wet but we made some new tracks through the forest.
The 110 performed pretty well, definately need new tyres, think I'm gonna go with 37's either Maxxis Mudzillas or Swamper Boggers, if I can rustle up some more cash  I'll be ordering a set of beadlockers at the same time.

I got my winch fitted up front before we went, didnt get a chance to fit the rear one, I dont like the way the last owner set up the rear winch to come out a hole in the back door so i'm goin to have to fabricate something more usable, a boxed rear crossmember incorporating the winch would be a lot better, and keep the rear load area clear for the dogs.

Need to look seriously at the interior an build in some lockers for all the recovery tackle, I came down a near vertical bank hit the bottom hard and met most of my kit comin by!! Also got to fit the new Xbrake disc handbrake that just turned up.

theres a whole lotta pics at http://s233.photobucket.com/albums/ee71/steveplowman/Brahan%20071208/

Why not get some Simex Jungle Trekkers since you are on the cool side of the pond that easily gets them?

I would love to have a set.

ive got a set on my old hybrid, I'm waiting for a set of weld on beadlocks to arrive and they will be going on, they are 34's but the stand at 35" when on the rim, the 35" BFG's half worn are only 33.75"
