Just the triple dog programmer, it does have a screen to plug and play.(shift on the fly) The exhaust is 4" stainless turbo back made by MBRP with the cat delete option pipe(it bolts in and out). 350.00 for the exhaust and programmer. My truck was a 2004 F250 crew cab shortbed. There is a short piece of pipe that you can change if your truck is shorter or longer. I also used the really nice stainless band clamps for the exhaust. I did run truck once in the 1/4 mile. Ran a 14.7 not bad for 7000 lbs
