Had my old 416 with the old style remote stolen and just got the replacement XR6 this evening.
Besides they did not program the correct sounds in it I can't get the damn thing to work.
I'm not familiar with the new style remote but following the directions have done me no good.
I have plugged it into the computer and it has sounds in it so that is not the problem.
Any ideas? I have a contest starting on Saturday:(

Call Foxpro tomorrow they will get you fixed up. Post a pic of it, I have a 532 but it is the only experience I have with the Foxpro's. Will it work without the remote if you put the switch to L (if it is like the 532)

The XR6 requires the remote. As far as I can see that is it's one down fall. My old 416 could be used with or without the remote.
I'll get the camera out of the truck later today and post a pic.
I did manage to get it to work. Seems like you need 15 to 20 feet between the remote and the caller for it to work. Not sure if that is right or not. Waiting to hear from fox pro.
