I've got a guy that is giving me first shot on it.
The lead is about 200# of ingots from wheel weights.
Has a bullet mold for 45 ACP, bullet lube press, and molds.

On ebay the lead is going from $30 to $50 per 100#
I have no clue on the other stuff.

Check ebay and Midway usa for mold prices. I have seen smelters from $40 to thousands depending on features and size.

I have some lead for muzzle loaders at home if you are interested in lead. I also have a mold that has never been used, I will have to look and see what caliber it is.

Sounds like it's worth some lead poisoning. I'd say make him an offer on what you're willing to pay for it.

I would offer 75-100 of the lead if it is smelted and in ingot form. If it is pure then great for muzzeloaders or Wheel Weight(WW) then good for pistols and rifle. 200# of WW is worth about 160# of lead BTW some people just dont see to get that :shaking:

The smelter if its a Lee $20 and moulds if lee $10 each.

Now if the smelter is Lyman it could go for $50 used but I like my Lee 20# so I would offer $30ish.

Lyman/SAECO moulds are worth about $45

If it is another steel mould research it first since there are huge price ranges on moulds.

I just joined over there yesterday. I picked up 200 lbs of WWs. I would like to stock pile 10x that of WWs if I can find a source. I plan on hit the thrift stores for a 'first smelt' pot this weekend.
