So, I've decided my next build (or buy) is going to be a nice comp .22LR bull barrel with super scope and all the doo dads.

I already have a little tacticool 10/22 w folding stock and all that, and dont want to change it. Love that sucker. And obviously, the aftermarket for 10/22 is amazing... so do I automatically defalult to Ruger? It's hard not to when I have a ton of old hi caps (pre 2000) and other stuff.

I hear good things about the Remington 8...whatever (cant remember right now) and a few others.

Seen some really nice lamintated stock "good to go" stuff on Broker for 500-600. Any good? Buy or build?

Oh, and I know a good bolt is the best way to go for comp. but I have to have SA. :flipoff2:

Just looking for some opinions on what works and where to start. Gracias.

Kind of limiting yourself by building something that only shoots 22 LONGS aren't you?? Not to mention they're not that easy to find.
