to my untrained eye that looks like the fastener package for a non CTIS hummer wheel...... the valve is a 1/4" NPT to Schraeder

that is what it is exactly now there are four pieces to it and o-ring ,the valve, fitting, and lock nut .i guess my best bet would be hummer to get that stuff right.let me ask you guy why did they use that type of valve system is it stronger or because they are interchangable with the ctis?thanks

see the problem is that there then one piece .i went to hummer and looked up in there computer they show it there 5 pieces.orings and fittings and the valve but it has to be the exact size. so what i did ,was order a complete set-up for one rim and ill run over to rainger when i get it to see if they can order it .i'll get back with some part numbers and prices there is a reason hutchinson designed the valves like this....hmmmmmmm maybe ill call them up on monday...
i'll let ya know guys...

They were just a metal shrader valve that is used in plumbing I don't know if they would work on wheels or not

Not what you're asking at all...but a cheap solution to valve stem protection that worked extremely well for me:
