I've located a motor from an 06 Denali for my swap. they don't have the original denali computer. I'm not sure if the computer is the same from other 6.0's, or if it will even matter given it needs to be flashed anyway. Advice please.

Wont matter, especially if you are going to have it reflashed. The main difference is the compression.
