I finished moving my axle inventory and when i first started i found out some cornbag taint dropping asswipe stole my Chevy Dana 60 front. :mad3::mad3::mad3:It had new calipers, rotors, and bearings. Must have had help or been the strongest son bitch to lift that sucker.
All i can say is if i ever find out who kiped it, Im gonna lay down the law with a slow not swift beating:mr-t:
Merry x-mas to me:(

The last thing I would ever do is attempt to administer an ass whipping to someone who could pick up and walk away with a front 60. I hope you find him and someone videotapes the subsequent physical carnage:laughing:

maybe it just rolled away :(

It was probably someone you knew and trusted.

Maybe a friend that's seen your rig and know where you keep it. Who knows your work schedule and what not.

I hope you find the bastard.

I bet it was a couple shit heads that just up-ed on it. Ive seen people steal axles out from under trucks before, although most of them get caught; hence why ive seen them lol. But, it's not uncommon to see the dicks try it.

Point being: if its steal-able, someone will try and steal it.

Thanks for the laughs Binder, HOS, etc. Yea most likley as it was buried under some stuff so it was not visable. Guys went righjt for it, and got 3 chevy 44 housings, and an antique horse drawn plow i happened accross. Oh well live and learn. Oh and HOS you are way off $2702.59 is more like it:flipoff2:

Definatlety not, they left more stripped housings, a complete dana 70, pleanty of scout rearends. and pleanty of easy "scrap to load up". They knew exactley what they wanted, and went right for it. Hell they even left a Ford 3/4 ton high pinion 44 sitting there.

Looking at it like i trusted too much and will learn lesson from this......Booby trap all stuff from now on:smokin:

an old guy i worked for when i was a kid told me he had someone run of with a rebuilt 304 that was in his shop. it just was gone one morning. Now thats something you dont just walk off with. In his case its possible that he just forgot he gave it to some one. Is it possible you could be senile? It happens to the best of us.

One end at a time, and one of these days im sure it will catch up with me.:D

I remember the one at big top, it looks like that spigot is shut off for good:( I also remember the look on your face when you walked up to a truck just as I was about to wrestle the 60 on to the cart. To add insult to injury you helped me load it:laughing:

I need some of those thieves  As it is I'm digging my scrap out of my yard for a scrap run. 75% of an 800, Willeys suspension, flag pole, roofing, misc. SII junk, and scrap metal pieces from who knows what. I love killing my back for $150 :flipoff2:
