Are you referring to doing the front and rear?

Are you referring to doing the front and rear?Just the front so i can clear the tie rod mount on the knuckle.

if i recall on that year, the only difference between SRW and DRW on the front is the outer spacer that mounts to the regular studs.

I think........

What are you going to do about the difference in patterns between your hummer wheels and the ford axle? If you're welding in new centers to match the metric pattern found on the superduty axles, just adjust your backspacing to account for your tie rod clearance issues.
Will your rear axle match your front axle wheel lug pattern or will you have to different ones?

In 01 the front axle was a dana 50 srw,and dana 60 drw.If you have a 60,it should already have the adapter, good luck finding dana 50 gear sets.
