Welding Bottle Orgainizer?

I think its been a couple years but I think someone on here made a thing that slipped over the tank to hold various things, like a helmet. Well I have searched and searched, here and google, and nothing comes up. Anyone remember that, or have a link. I didn't pay a whole lot of attention because I didn't have a welder then. Thanks
