their all level ones i think

I've seen an increase in that as wel. Maybe the new players should read the guide Teutonic has going. lvl 1 trying to bust lvl 50(or whatever) probably isn't going to work, haha.

But when it happens they get a shit ton of experience

Correctamundo - back when ID 666 was on every once in a while, I'd get a crapload of experience the 1 time out of 10 that I could bust him. He was level 666 too :D

It is not worth the wasted Energy to try for that 1 time as a new player though in my opinion. Settle for the lower level players to bust out of jail/impound/hospital. As new players work their way up in levels then they can bust out higher level people.
I still get caught all the time busting out much lower level players.

For me, some days are great, some I can't stay outta the damn jail when busting.
