I drilled the center out and put a half inch bolt through it so it serves as a center limiting strap mount. This way the truck does not unload when going down ledges

thanks i thought I would try something different the baja fenders work perfect for that because they are molded high enough to where the tires don't hit. The stock fenders needed to be trimmed to much.

I had the break on video but of course the tape was bad. The lower link broke and got shoved a foot into the ground. I wouldnt have been as bad if I had it on tape because then I would have something to show for.

I took 4 inches out of the windshield, i think 10 out of the grill, but then i had to take 4 out of the hood because I pulled the fenders back to fit the doors and the angle of the pinch.

In the picture it looks like the shaft got messed up along with the rod ends. Is it salvagable?

ya the ends got flared so I cant screw the new ends in. I need to cut an 1/8 inch off both shocks to get to the clean threads and it will work fine.

This project is awesome. I like attention to detail and the blue that's being used. What color blue is it and where do you get it? It reminds me above a 'Viper Blue' I used on some RCs.

nice man......I like the 205 mount, I am thinking about adding another one similar to that.

I would recomend adding another mount that thing ways 200lbs. It was easier to make a good strong mount suspending it from the top then tapping and mounting from the bottom. The lower skid plate also serves as a backup because it touching the bottom of the case
