Due to my sudden influx of income thanks mostly to NObama I am going to suppress one of my guns for Christmas.

It's going to be an SWR supressor due to the fact that they are all Clemson grads and they are 30 mins from me.

Poll coming

EDIT: option 1, the first 4 chars need to be moved to just after AR2

I would like to buy a suppressor for my ar 15, but a Beretta 9mm/9mm ar would be tits. so i chose both options:flipoff2:

I'd like to know what can you think would work on both a .22lr and a 5.7.

Get a can for the AR first. You can still use it on your 10/22 and .22 Mag, etc. It will be too heavy for the P22 but can be done. This will give you the most options. Then you will be addicted and have to have more.

Not sure since your keyboard wasn't an option. :flipoff2:

That Five-seveN suppressor will not be worth anything...the Jarvis barrels and the thread pitch will be hard to use...on anything else...and its really not suppressed much...and if you shoot subsonic 5.7, its really no better than a .22...cause what is the point of a 5.7 if its not rocketing full force?

I vote .223 can and use it on the .22's

EDIT: If you find a way to use a can on the 5.7 and the others...post that shiat up here and be a demi-god for a day.

Its not 'too' heavy for the P22.

Start with the can that fits the most things you own, for me this was a .22 AR.

I bought an SWR Spectre today...it was cheep. Got outa the whole deal, stamp and all for less than ANY 5.56 supressor. It should be here in 4 or 5 weeks.

It will fit both 1/2x28 and the 10mm threads of the 5.7 its threaded for the 1/2x28 and comes with a 10mm adapter.

Stamp?

You haven't gotten your SOT?

You actually gotten your form 4 back or are you saying in 4-5 weeks?

I paid SWR, wrote a check to ATF and sent my form 4 off...so 4-5 weeks I will have it. This is my first can, and not I am not an SOT just yet.

Even though I can not "deal" the cans...I still got dealer pricing.

FWIW sell 5 cans a year and it covers the $500 SOT.... assuming you don't do enough in total sales.
All of 'my' cans actually belong to SRP so no tax, and they are a business expense. The company has 4 right now and expecting a couple more. Have an SWR and AAC on order.

FYI...
Customer I built an SBR for is still awaiting his form 4, sent in mid October. I have heard that form 4 and 1 have seen an increase since the election and times are now 8-12.
Form 3s are taking over a month, close to 2

Yeah, its doable on the P22, but the sights also become useless because of the diameter of the .223 can... at least on the AAC that I have. I have to use the "fricken laser beam". :homer:

In the Cyber match#2 thread, KStrong has a p22 with laser. Ordering one for mine. :D

Yes the .22 mite is smaller in diameter and weighs less, doesn't obstruct the sights.

But the P22 looks  with the YHM QD flash hider on it, with out the AR can on
