No, you would have to special order heavier axles and have them dealer installed

Not an expert on the subject at all but you could get a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton Suburban. 3/4 ton Would have come with a 14B SF in the rear and I believe a D44 front axle but I'm more than likely talking out of my ass.

An 85 will have a 10 bolt front axle

Thanks guys, That's what I thought. There's a running suburban for sale locally that he says is "1 Ton" with a dana 60 and a th400 trans for very cheap.

Shit if its less then 1000, that dana 60/14 bolt and th400 is worth that much. I would get on that.
