For any one else in Canada, I think the only way we can do it is to set up the broker ourselves.

This is realy disapointing. For years we've had to pay way more for stuff, and then half the compenys won't eaven do buisnes with us.

I want to get you guys an answer yet right this second I can't get exact quotes but this will put you in the ball park.

Front rocks are 2.5 ton axles with standard 6.72 gears. NO lockers. They are take outs. They come out of running trucks. Fronts are 750 ea. Shipping is norm. anywhere from 350-475. I know that is not exact but when you get ready to pull the trigger we will get you an exact quote. Didn't want to leave you hanging.

I am trying to put together a order for 2 or3 front rockwells. Trying to use my own shipper because we move stuff all over the country, so if you can provide me a price per axle, weight per axle , and a shipping pick up address. Thanks Scott

I can tell you that I just brought home 2 pallets with 4 steering axles total. One pallet weighed 1775 lbs, and the other weighed 1790 lbs. Like Todd and I discussed; some people just don't really realize how heavy these axles are until you tell them how much the pallet weighs.
But I do have to tell you that there is absolutely no worry about shipping these bad boys! As we were loading my trailer at the TWF shop, we had to improvise the forklift because it just couldn't get the pallets in the center of the trailer... we used a beefy chain and wrapped it around the axles, through the pallets. The first one was placed absolutely perfectly on the front of the trailer, and the second one had a little swing and the chain slipped off the forks, with the pallet about 5 feet in the air! The result was the pallet smashed to the ground spectacularly!! :D But not only did the axles come through completely unscathed, the pallet was still in one piece and the axles were still strapped to it!!
So, yes the pallets may be heavy.... But they will probably survive if the shipping truck has a violent rollover too!!!
Sorry Todd... I had to share the comic relief!! :flipoff2: On the serious side though, I drove to Wichita to visit my brother and to get the axles. 765 miles back to Fruita, CO... The trailer was catching the bumps and kind of jumping because of the weight on it and no shocks... It was kind of interesting and made me wonder if I was going to make it back home all the way without losing a tire. If I did lose the tire, I had a spare, but not a jack that would lift the trailer with all the weight on it, and still be stable! So I would have been screwed!!!!!
After that experience.... I would highly recommend to everyone buying them, to have these axles shipped to you!! They are big, they are HEAVY, and they are worth every dollar!!!!!! :grinpimp:
