Can you make a Gas and Go crime? This would be in exchange for experience and money and give "X" gas.

ie: Say it takes 10 skill and in return you get 5 or 10 gallons (maybe variable depending on dexterity?) and no experience or money. This way, for those of us online, we can still do comps without spending glitter or money on full cans.

I didn't take advantage of the black market fuel can bug. That was cheap and easy to build your driver stats. Buy one for $50k, do comps, sell it again for $50k. Free driver stats. That was giving away stats.

It's really easy to gain other stats, just wait 5 min and up them.

You'd be giving up the opportunity to level up so quick in exchange for driving stats. What's wrong with that?

Other people have suggested changing the fuel from glitter to money. This would be a better alternative.
