This guy and his GF were at Evans Creek ORV area looking for a Christmas tree and got stuck. They ended up walking out 12 miles at night in the snow. It snowed almost every day after he left the truck. Finallly, after 4 attempts to make it to the truck, the 5th time we got to it. Megatoy66, Bobby Long, a few other guys and I winched it out and towed it back to town. Here are some pics:

gotta love the good ol' boy recovery services... been in those situations a few times...

the last time of which... a friend of mine burried his k5 to half way up the doors... needless to mention the truck was running a bbc, 1ton drivetrain, over 20" of lift and 54" tractor tires...

the first day of trying to extract it was 8 trucks linked... no dice... 3 12k lb winches... nadda... by then it was getting dark and the next day... most of the mud had hardend... in good spirits... a sawsall did the trick... we pulled the truck out in two pieces... salvaged the parts... and built another one... he had another body and frame... so he swapped everything over intime for the next weekend... that was one hell of a trip

glad to see the vehicle was recovered

I had 3 friends go wheelin on a sunday afternoon, one of them lost a bead, and didnt have a spare(not a smart move). they were there till monday night when i got off work early because i got a call from them, i knew they were out there, but they had limited food/water, and were in the middle of nowhere..i went out there with sandwiches and drinks, they were so pleased...i brought a spare and a high lift jack, and pulled them out, in the process hacked down 75 yards or so of 8 ft tall black berry bushes, and tore through a field to get to the road...i am sure the owner didnt like that...

but, we all laught about it now...

those are some nice pics....

WOW:shaking:

no wonder we have a bad image.....:shaking:

ever think of talking to the land owner???

not smart to confess to trespassing and vandalism on a PUBLIC forum....:shaking:

you and your buddies need to go to the land owner and make things right. or all of you drink bleach cocktails

Then why the fuck did you do it?? Douche bags like you give everyone a bad name, get land closed to us and promote the stigma that "we" don't care. :shaking::shaking:
