Shit! The purpose of the game is to web wheel at your finest.. I figure, in order to do that, I needed to sell my real life rig :flipoff2:

You need to make sure you do your crimes (the level 1 crime) at every possible refresh (every 5 minutes). If you are going to be a true web wheeler, you must be on the game as much as humanly possible. This helps with leveling. Next you will want to try to bust people out of jail/impound/hospital. You should start seeing some progress after a couple hours. :)
I also describe this and a couple other things for experience on the help thread posted in this forum as a sticky. Check that out as well.
