I don't know the answer to that, but I did see some Dodge PowerRAM 4x4 solid axle, front shock mounts that bolt on and have a bump stop on them!

They also looked to be about as tall as the F250/F150 mounts, so I'm considering going back and getting them..

Put them as high as you can. Mine touch the top of the frenderwell. I beat the top of the driver side up a little higher due to the inner contour of the fender. I assume you are using long shocks correct? What type and length?

I just put in the Ford shock towers with a pair of those really long Bilsteins. With a vertical mounting, the fender wells had to be trimmed. I ended up with around 1" penetration up into the fender wells. Took only a couple minutes with an angle grinder and cutting wheel. They turned out nice. The hardest part was cuting all that stock crap off of the frame first.

its not the lenght of the shock that counts, its the travel!!!!!!!!!

i know john, and these ones have 8.25" of travel, i could use 11" but money wanted these............ and only about a week after i put em on my towers broke off......... guess thats what i get for using 1/8" think channeling........:flipoff2:

are the towers ajustable??? like could i mount them so it rases my top mount 4"?????

Sounds like you are using your shocks as limiting straps.
This isn't a good thing, and cheap is not always a good thing.
8.5" is not enough travel if you are using missing links.
How do you expect to have articulation if you limit it with your shocks. You mounts shouldn't need to be super beefy if the ssuspension is set up corect and the right shocks are used.

first off, i don't got missing links, i ditched them when i put the cj7 springs up front...... i got the cj front springs, they are very flexy, i get as much flex out of them with regular shackles then i did with the rear springs and missing links....... and i am going to get limiting straps before i start to crawl the extream stuff, right now with no front drive shaft i'm on trails and light mud only......
