Where can I buy an NP435 rebuild kit, or at least main shaft bearrings in the Sacto area, on a Saturday.
Typicaly the major auto parts stores dont carry parts for the NP435.
I pulled the AA shaft and the rest of the parts out of my crippled case last night, but Id like to at leats replace the bearrings before reassembling it. It has had a pretty bad vibration, going between 3rd and 4th, and it fights to down shift into 2nd, lately.
Also any source on a good manual, or rebuild tips, for this tranny? Being the geniuse that I am, they are pretty easy to put back together the way you take em apart, but it would be nice to at least half ass know what Im actually doing.

Call S&H 4wheel drive. They should be able to point you in the right direction at least.

Jeff, I bought a complete kit in town over off of Raley Blvd from the kit distributers. Not positive right now of the name, but I think it was something like Transtar Industries. All the bearings, syncros, and seals.

Tom's bronco Parts sells rebuild kits, I'm pretty sure. They sold me new and had used individual bearings, and I'm pretty sure they have the entire rebuild kit.
