Actually the funny thing is, that commando is who pulled us out. Craig and Dave were the only ones that were nice enough to lend a hand. I thought the area in the wash with the weeds on it would be the safest--guess I was wrong.

I gave him a couple hundred dollars in pictures as compensation.

Sorry to hear you got no help there - I always thought ppl would be more friendly at an event like that. Guess competition is competition to some and they figure "screw the rest, I want to win..." Too bad for them...what goes around, comes around.
