i finally went and picked up my toy t case from my friend today. it is out of a 1980 model truck. i know the output shaft bearing is bad. no biggie, ill fix that. my question is i want to mate this t case to a th350. the toy tcase has a male input shaft,,,the th350 has a male output shaft. do they make an adapter to mate these together? if so does the tcase input change,,or does the tranny output change?

AA makes one. Is your TH350 2wd or 4wd? If its 2wd, the adapter comes with a 4wd output shaft, if its a 4wd tranny, your set. This is cause the 4wd output shaft only sticks out about 1" from the back of the transmission assembly, the 2wd's range from 6"-12". It will run ya about $500-$550.

they are a coupler, not sure if anyone makes one that replaces one of the shafts. I just put a SM420 adapter kit in my jeep to mate a toy case to the 420 and you replace the male tcase input with a female, but I dunno if there is something similiear for the 350..

The AA kit just requires that you use a 4wd output on the TH350 and they give you a coupler that goes over the tranny output and over the t/c input. There is a picture of the kit you want in the AA book. Go to their web page and order up some of their catalogs, they will be a big help I'm sure.
