hey I started working on mine today I picked up a OG high lux chassis and some bruiser axle's with nicks mod's done on them.. but I got a question I thought the chassis was full length I set the body on it today and looks like the rear frame rails may have been chopped.. :mad3: O well I guess if the frames chopped I will just chop even more.. I was gonna go for the super stockish look on this one to.. :shaking:

looks like you could almost have this ready by sunday..

Your probablly just missing the bumper extensions. I might still have a pair? I'll look for ya! Doubt I'm gonna be ready for sunday. Everything is just tacked together at the moment.

When I got it it was a fully functioning almost stock mounty. Got a good deal on it. Debated on selling it for profit but I've wanted one since I was a kid. The first cut was the only one that hurt! :D

Looks awesome Jeff! I have another Bruiser coming my way. Not sure what to do with it yet. Thinking about just trying to get an OG body for it and using it to pull around the truggy.

Thanks Guys! And Nick, talk to Nat about the o.g. bruiser body. She said she wasn't gonna use it so she might part with it?

That thing looks pretty close...for scale, the boatsides should be at a 40 degree angle!!!:D

I would have loved to build an exact replica of your rig, but I can't handle the $600 pricetag on the scale rockwells! This will just be good practice for when I do tackle a replica of your dodge. Thanks for the pics! That's gonna help me with some stuff. Love your truggy man! :smokin:

great job BTW!!!I had at one point thought it would be cool to have someone make a copy of it!!!Who knew scale rockwells cost more than the real rear axle???:D

at least there is a dodge body to do it with now.. I want to see how you pull off the tube work going threw the headlights that will be a trick :flipoff2:

you might be able to get a little discount on those axles if you know the right people... :smokin:

I think I do know the right people, don't I? :p

I'm seriously thinking about trying to build the body out of styrene, seeing as how there isn't much left of the body anyways...

Thanks man! I could almost buy a steer and non steer from a local place for my ramcharger at the price on the scale ones...

Chassis is mostly done (finally!) and it was a runner for a minute. Upgrading to lipo and some newer electronics. On with the pics...
