ok so I was tracing how my pistol works and got lost sine what I thought happens...doesn't:mad3: so...

on the frame....
#1 - goes rearward while pulling trigger
#2 - gets pulled down when #1 gets pulled downat the same time I believe when it hits #1 on the slide
******** conflict #1 frame sits BEHIND #1 slide so it doesn't go over the hump.... this confused me****
#3 frame gets released when #2 frame gets pulled down
#4 goes forward when #3 is released

#2 slie is the spring that acts on the firing pin???????
#3 is the "striker block" ... what does it do since it gets pushed up by the "sticking up thing" in front of #2frame

Man....are you guys nauseated by reading this already???? I am?? please help a newb... give me intelligent names to these numbers objects on my pistol then edumacate me....

i wanna learn and you guys are my only family.... take pitty:barf:

I was about to ask what the fuck happened to that Glock, no wonder there was a lawsuit over the Glock copy.:shaking:

Looks to me like 1 on the slide pushes down on 1 on the frame to prevent the firearm from firing out of battery but I have never handled on of those guns.

on frame
I think #1 pushes up to make sure its in battery and index on the little speed bump #1 on slide
#3 on frame is striker (firing pin) block to allow striker to move, ( on the right in the magwell front is the engagement bar for this,if you polish these 2 contact surfaces it gets rid of the grittiness in the trigger pull)

#2 trigger bar pushes on 3 that pushes entire "chunk" there back, 4 is the striker engagement area and catches the striker at half way when the weapon cycles (thats why it is spring loaded up and down) and when it is pulled back it pulls back the striker (#2 in the side) and slips off firing the gun.
