S.N.A.F.U. = Situation normal; all f*cked up.

T.A.R.F.U. = Things are really f*cked up.

F.U.B.A.R. = F*cked up beyond all repair.

H.U.A. = Head up ass.


Medical:

D.N.I. = Do not intubate.

D.N.R. = Do not resuscitate.

A.A.A. = Abdominal aortic aneurysm (Usually leads right to F.U.B.A.R.).

I & D = Incision and drainage.

I.V. = Intravenous
