Nolen's Kate is 4780, for reference...sans dents...

Weighed mine on Saturday....4400#. That did include the spare, tools, spare innershafts, spare driveshaft, lawn chairs, everything....'cept the lunchbox.

Interesting tho...it was a nearly even split, front to back. Front was 2260, rear was 2140....only 120# difference!

Time for a winter diet me-thinks...not as drastic as SpaceGhost, but definitely some!

Born and raised in New York State, near Greenwich CT  Dad moved up to the Adirondacks :) and I became somewhat of a redneck, or at least lived the life whether I am or not. But I do like big trucks, guns, and pussy (did I just say that?). Went to college in Vermont, where I fullfilled wildest redneck dreams including getting into cruisers, driving total beaters, and hangin with the best :)

Now ski bumming in Utah, met a girl, got a job better than working in a cruiser shop (is that possible?), maybe a permanent stay???

FIXXAHH -- Misinterpreted the flames around Park City in your sig and I was about to flip you the bird :flipoff: Bennett told me about the Park City thread sorry I missed out. Tune in-tune out to the Pirate Board since I zubed only a few weeks ago.

NOLEN- If I'd known you were up I would have taken you out to the Brew Pub or at least dollar drink night, can't go wrong with $1 drinks on Fri or $.50 drafts on Monday (shoot, is that tonight???) even if you are supposed to meet the Wasatch Cruiser at, hehmm, 7AM on a Saturday Morning. Sean O'Leary aka e-cruiserhead slut who's on a mission to meet as many listers as possible via FedEx and Paul May (Wasatch Cruiser) and I (and my not-so-pysched-to-talk-cruisers-all-day girlfriend) grabbed a few beers at the brew pub Saturday followed by some mild go have fun in trucks at the only legal place less than 30 minutes away. But it was still fun and I'm still waiting for those picts Sean.

Both of you - Come up again and I'll take you around. Especially you FIXXAHH, I'll take you around the back woods of Alta if you've never been there, now that's a mountain.

Later,
Andre :rasta:

PS - Custom tubs 1/4" thick = weight. Each of these trucks probably weigh 4,000 lbs +

Andre.........which one of those cruisers had the 1/4 plate hand made frame?
I would think with that heavy frame and tub you'd go 4800 lbs+

I'm 4500 with my hard top on!

Mine! (but I had the thinner tub).

I actually never weighed it, I assumme 4500 easy but say 4000 to be safe.

But you're right -- which was the whole reason I posed those picts in the first place. I'm willing to bet Tyke's green truck which is armored is over 5000 easy.

I'm not sure if Rabid's read this thread but that's actually his Orange truck in the picts. Any idea what your truck weighs?

Andre

HAHA, THIER NOT EVEN FLAMES MAN, I JUST COULDNT GET THE PATCH TO FIT THE AVATAR SIZE LIMIT AND STILL BE LEGIBLE. I'M PLANNING ON GOING UP TO SALT LAKE THIS SEASON FOR 2 WEEKS MAYBE TO SKI WITH MY BUDDY WHO IS GOING TO BE GOING TO WESTMINSTER. THAT WOULD BE GREAT TO HIT ALTA, YOU JUST MIGHT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH MY NOT-WORTHY SKILLS. I GOT TO SKI THE CANYONS A FEW DAYS WHEN I WAS IN PARK CITY FOR THE OLYMPICS. IT WAS A GREAT TIME. I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I'M GONNA HEAD OUT THERE AND WE'LL SEE IF YOUR PROMISE HOLDS TRUE ;)

I was supposed to hook up with Morgan yesterday evening after landing in OAK, but he bonked out on a bike ride earlier in the day and I was toast after a long day flying - SLC-MEM-OAK.

I got up early this morning, drove up to Placerville and met up with Bob Brown and Scott "Cruzilla" Johnston to check out their ToyBox set ups!! I got lots a good pics, stole some great ideas and had a nice greasy burger in Georgetown!!:D

On the way back, I stopped in Stockton and had a couple Sierra Nevadas and dinner at Georg "orangefj45" Esterer's!!

LCML and POR posters are awesome!! Great folks everywhere!!

Oh, back to the topic, I don't know how much my LC will weigh when done, but it'll be phat!! :flipoff2:

You can get pics of the Toybox from the Marlin site, and also check in on the Forum over there. they could answer those Q's for you!!
