This is my 96 dodge, we cut 3 feet out of the frame to make it a reg cab short bed truck. Building 650hp/1200ft/lb engine for it now and a new tranny. 4 months till the season starts here.

This truck sees everything that our WI trails throw out. A lot of mud and deep water with rocks and hillclimbs mixed in. It aint much but it's cheap fun and has been a good learning experience and also fun to build. This is as big as I plan on going as I want to stay on my 'Yota axles. I've got another one that will see a D60/14BFF and then some 44's or larger.

My junk... '76 F100. 360, 4-speed, NP208F, 9" posi out back, D44 up front, '80 GMC box, 38.5"s, roughly 9" of lift. Getting ready for more lift (about 6" more inches), Warn Premium lockers, chromoly axles, spool, 5.13's, 10k lb winch, a lot of lights and maybe (probably) bigger tires.

in case you are wondering, it's bedliner, inside and out. the white/green is glow in the dark spray paint. bed floor is now steel grate, fuel cell in the bed, exhaust is dual 2.5"s into a single 3.5".

surprisingly, the "body lines" actually line up perfectly. the green spray paint on the box really help "accent" the lines on the box too.

Went to the powerline holes a mile from my house and I will tell you now
If it wasnt for the winch I would still be in the hole. It was about 80' to the nearest tree so we tried to pull it out with another truck first and that wasnt happening so we stretch the line that 80' and it pulled us right out. Good winch for the money! Oh and thats a creek feeding a large pond and the mud is much deeper then it looks.

Some homebrew suspension rehashing(shackle reversal, super duty front springs, shackle flip out back) some fender trimming, and some 44x18 blem Boggers.

Ive been thinking about a set of blems from interco... What were wrong with yours?

i would think they're blems cuz they're 18 wide . i thought you could only get the 44" bogger in 19.5 wide

Im thinking more of a sidewall issue. I cant see how you'd mess a tire mold up by 1 inch and produce 4 that way...

No, they are 18 wide and stamped as such, and they didn't just make 4 of them, the batch I got the 8 I bought from there were 20 of that I saw listed on their site. It's kind of weird, the carcass is definatley narrower than a standard 44 Bogger, but, the tread isn't, so there's more side lug action than would be normal, the tread also seems to be a little deeper than a normal 44.

So, I paid less and got more traction.. LOL

Here's my truck... probably the least impressive truck on Pirate.

1975 Chevy (been in the family since brand new), 6'' suspension/3'' body lifts, 38.5x15 Boggers, 350 w/ 224/234 @ .050'' and an old Edelbrock Torker intake. Nothing special.

No action shots with the new setup. One poser shot from the first test run on the mild trails a few weeks back.

Just some pics of my mud truck. Started off the season as a regular K10 and ended up with a CC conversion. Running gear is 350/465/205 dana 44 and 12 bolt with locker with 16/40x15 LTBs. I have a CUCV 60 and 14 bolt going in this winter.

Just finished building my new truck. Finished Friday night and ran Saturday. Throttle stuck on the big end of the pit bouncing around at the shutdown area and couldn't get to the shutoff switch on the cage was getting close to the hay bales and the cameraman behind them I turned right went up on two tires. Got the engine shut down and when it came down it broke the ball joints and ripped up the front bumper. Took 3rd though.

one guy on each end can pick it up so i don't know on weight but its very compact.
