FAUX X 4 01-08-2009, 10:07 AM You might try a tape measure. :flipoff2:
Alan11116 01-08-2009, 10:07 AM Measure from shock mount to shock mount with your springs fully flexed and compressed. At full flex get some shocks that are a touch longer so they aren't the limiting factor. At full compression make sure you still have a touch of shock shaft showing so they are limiting the compression. This can also be achieved with bump stops. Good luck.
The Mut!!!!! 01-09-2009, 04:26 AM thank you finally someone that is willing to help or maybe you are the only one who actually knows what there talking about lol.

I'm pretty sure most of us have figured out how to use a tape measure! :flipoff2:
01Tundra 01-09-2009, 09:49 AM I think you use the same method to figure out the driveshaft length also .........

Just count out the big ticks and little ticks with your toes, then when you run out of toes, scribe a line on the ground with a rock until an accurate length is found...... that's how they used to do it when squinting one eye and holding their hand up to it didn't work. :D
