I have no idea where to look, or to cross reference against my block for thread size, etc. Also I'd like to remove the old studs in the manifolds where the flange meets the exhaust and replace them. Anyone done this already?
My ramshorns are fairly old and these studs are lookin' pretty spindly........
Thanks in advance guys!

Try an exhaust shop in your area, they usually have the studs for the flanges in stock and sell them.
I just used some standard bolts for the block, nothing special.
A torch and some pb blaster works well for getting those stubborn old crusty studs out.

PepBoys/Napa/AutoZone... Anybody will have the stud kits on the shelf in the "Help" products isle.
Thread size is standard 3/8" course threaded bolt. The hard part is getting them out without twisting them off. I use vice grips and heat the manifold (around the bolt) with a acetylene torch till it glows. Twist it back and forth unscrewing it a bit at a time untill it comes out.
Make sure to put some loctite anti-seize on the new ones going in.

I just use standard 3/8-16 bolts to bolt them to the heads. Another trick to getting out studs is to heat the manifolds with a torch and while still hot get a little spray bottle of water and squirt the stud only, it causes it to cool and shrink faster than the metal around it and break the rust bond loose.

Got them in the vise in the shop a vise grip on the first stud, and will hit the rest with the oxy torch in a bit. Gotta remember what order you turn oxy/acetyl on.....maybe I'll wait to do it until the shop owner comes home. I don't want to blow up said shop and self.

one way it will light, the other way it won't ;)
I personally don't like to heat the manifod like that. I soak em in pb blaster, try with vise grips, or 2 nuts locked together, & tap around the stud in the manifold, while I have pressure turning the stud, if that dont get it out, I drill & easy out. I just don't like to heat an old peice of cast iron like that, & then apply force to it, just for the warpage factor. But can't say I wouldn't do it.

Torch worked like a charm. Guess that's why they call it the hot wrench! Gonna need to repaint the flange silver now that I torched it.......
