TN-300
Baileigh Industrial is proud to introduce our new TN-300 tube and pipe notcher.
It has a 3" capacity and will notch from 0 to 60 degrees. It also sports offset notching capabilities with it's quick adjust offset vise.

This is an industrial grade hole saw notcher that provides precise notches between 0 and 60 degrees, including offset notches. The rugged notching vise uses a V-Jaw design that allows the part to stay on center with the cutter, as well as providing a better hold for round profiles. The TN-300 tube notcher’s vise has a quick release taper lock system that allows it to be adjusted to a new angle in seconds.
Bench mounted with a 1/2 HP 110V Leeson motor attached to an industrial grade oil filled gearbox, which will make quick work of any notch. It will accept any standard hole saw. The heavy duty cutting head is fed into the material with a large feed wheel. What makes this notching machine unique is that the head of the machine moves on a track of precision V-Bearings, which combined with the large hand wheel makes notching any material a breeze.
