Okay I have read the D60 Bible like 3 times so far and searched, Sorry if I missed the answer some where.
I have 2002 d60 Ball Joint and I am re-drilling the Hub, I was going to redrill the rotor, but instead of that should I get a 96.5-98 rotor with the 8 on 6.5 bolt pattern? and Will that rotor work
The auto zone part numbers are 54026 = 8 on 6.5 ( can't Find dimensions)
54078 13 inch 8 on 170mm
54077 14 inch 8 on 170mm
Any help would be great!
thanks

Forgive my ignorance, why are you re-drilling the hubs? Is this for larger wheel studs?
If that's the case, I'd really like to find out too. I've got 1/2" studs in front and 9/16" rear. I want to match them up before I do the install.
Sorry I couldn't help.

I am re-drilling the hubs because I have a 14bolt going in the back that is 8 on 6.5, but the d60 is 8 on 170mm I want to have the same bolt pattern, and it is easier (from my research) to re-drill the dana 60 then re-drilling the 14bolt for the for pattern. I will re-drill it to match the 14 bolt studs and hole pattern

Theoretically you shoudlnt have a problem. 8 x 6.5 pattern converts to about 8 x 165mm. The 02 being of course 170mm. So the 98 disc is smaller. But I dont know if it would be TOO small.....if I were you, I d head to the parts store and ask the guy to see both rotors and take all your measurements then.... Or just get em, take em home and see if they will work or not.
What are your doing for the hub itself? Branik?

I was thinking that might be the case. The only thing I was worries about really is the rotor with and the Center Hole.
I am taking the hubs down to a place here in reno called Hood Machine and they are going to drill new holes centered between the existing holes. it's about $85 for both.
then I'll press in the new studs matching the 14bolt studs.

all you need to do is get the studs for a chevy axle not your dodge. just tell them 1981 k30 srw. they will slip right into place.
