I broke my first birfield. Not too bad for wheeling the truck built for a year. This trail had it all. Steep climbs, rocks,roots logs trees and the killer......... DEEP mud holes. Thats where she let go. Oh well Trail fixes arnt that bad its just the fact that everyone is staring at you while you work:flipoff2:

BTW the part that broke was the inner cage. The birf isnt cracked at all. Is it still useable If I put a new cage in?

Where do you buy spare Birfield parts? Is this something you usually keep in the trail box?

I bought some coarse spline birfs on ebay a few years ago, they were pretty cheap, (from texican I think?) and then i bought some parts trucks. (i've almost broken them all, is that a bad thing?)
