I got a c6 in my truck right now that i swapped in. Its missing its dipstick and fill tube. I have a AOD dipstick and a e4od dipstick would either one of these work on my c6?

The aod dipstick will fit, but you'll need to make a new full mark. If you use the aod markings you'll overfill the c6 IIRC.
I didnt like where the tube I ordered for my swapped in C6 routed, so I used it to remark my aod stick. If you can wait a day or two, ill measure where my new mark is in relation to the old.
