I've got a pair of the T-Max 10000lb Wireless #'s. Very happy with them! Haven't tried the 12K.

Warn's new air cooled 12,000lb looks cool, it's called like the Endurance. It has hoses to run into your engine compartment to force air thru it to cool it under load.

I have had good luck with my 12,000 lbs Milemarker, older one. I don't do competitions with it, it is slow, but it does pull good. As with any winch more so on the cheaper ones, they pull a lot of power.
