GaRunner88 01-13-2009, 05:15 PM I've got a busted lockright with rounded off teeth in my 4runner. i'm just gonna put in the stock spider gears to make it a stock diff b/c it's still my daily driver. Never put in spider gears is there anything i need to know. like maybe a link on a how to and anything else i need besides the spiders, cross shaft, and thrust washers? it's for a 4cyl toyota third. thanks, alan dopeassjackson 01-13-2009, 05:19 PM theres a shim on the carrier side of the spiders, the one the cross pin goes through.
