Which year of fords can I find the full floating Dana 44 axles in the rear and a front straight axle (given all front 4x4 axles are FFing.).

If you're asking about a FF D-44 rear you are out of luck. No such beast. Semi-Floating yes, FF-no.

1979 and older for D-44 solid front axles.

Why would anyone be LOOKING for a rear Dana 44 anyway? If this is for a Jeep-type vehicle it will likely need to be narrowed anyway and FF rear Dana 60s are dime-a-dozen and just as much work to narrow......:confused:
