I don't see beadlocks on either set. You need to give us more choices.

I can afford a lot of things I'm smart enuf to not purchase...

IMO, black rockcrawlers...save the beadlock cost for when you don't drive it as much, like 5-6 years when yer 21. RockStomper.com has what you need.

I don't think I can hammer the dents out of the fancy aluminium wheels, like I can my black rockcrawlers. Plus the wagon wheels are less than 1/2 the price.

Bling Bling!

Aren't MRT(?) beadlocks basically those wheels converted to beadlocks? if you absolutely MUST have aluminum wheels, I'd get those.

If you have to have the aluminum. I'd go with the Eagle 589s very similiar and a bit cheaper with the 15x8 having a 3 3/8" backspacing which is perfect for a Cruiser. But, if you want to be practical and have something shiny go for D ring rock crawlers (black design) and have them chrome plated. Neither aluminum or chrome plating is going to hold up to your Wisconsin Salt Bath of a winter. Been there done that and very happy to have moved to the rust free west.

well lets pretend that i MUST have aluminum and those are the only aluminum rims that are made. then what do ya think.

oh and btw, i am most likely gonna get steel rims if i dont get a new job (which i dont think i will) so just so ya know that :D

since those are the only rims on earth....id go with the second pic. the classic II's. and then, id try and invent some bead retaining "lock" for them. you could call it a "bead-lock". assuming no other rims are made of course...hehe:flipoff2:

go with the 2nd pic if you have to have the BLING BLING! I went with the black rock crawlers from 4wheel parts...$50 bucks each...I can afford the Blng Bling too...but why...it's a Cruiser!

wow...i like the idea of this "lock" to hold the tyre on at low pressures

maybe we could design something, like a ring that bolts to the outside of the rim??

something shiney of course, seeing as in the new world, we only have shiny metals.......
