I draw the line below Sacramento. Cracks me up when bay area and down to San Jose try to include themselves.....completley different lifestyle. Pismo is a 7 hr drive and is much closer to Mexico than Oregon.

Pismo is definitely not Nor-Cal. Takes me 8.5 - 9 hours from Eureka to get down there.
