I while ago I saw a site that someone posted about having a 203 transfer case with lower gears in it.
Does anyone know who the business was that was offering it. I have to rebuild my Transfer case and would love to get my hands on a set of these gears for mine while I got it apart.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks a bunch..
That was the place. I sent them an e-mail asking if I can just buy the gears for the transfer case, since I rebuilt mine not to long ago I see no reason to spend a grand on another one. i'd just like to change the gears...
Thanks again for the help.
the gears are a grand and case machining required from the talk on here

I knew it could not be as easy as just putting in new gears..
Oh well, story of my life..
I guess I will just have to live with what I have and wear it out then spend the money later..

I thought they switched to 3.1:1 from 3.6:1 to avoid case machining. They need your old gearset for a core.

All that $$$ and still have a chain in the case.....:( :( The only advantage I see to this is "if" you ran the doubler to eliminate the weak points.....:D
