Alright I'm wanting to do my truck build soon. Its a 1978 F-150 4X4 shortbed. The plan right now is, locked and 5.13 geared 14 bolt ff in the rear. Locked and 5.13 geared hp dana 60 front. Leaf springs on all four corners, looking for 8 to 10 inches of lift. 44 boggers. Swapping a 460/4 speed combo out of a bronco into my truck. Any wanna make some money and do the work while Im overseas? And if so what would be the charge? Thanks guys for any and all help. Lcpl Duncan Semper Fi USMC

Im from Briceville, TN. The truck is at my parents place there. I could have my wife, or dad or brother in law drop it off where ever. But first I gotta find all the parts, unless who ever could do the work has what Im looking for. Right now all I have is the 14b ff. If this bronco deal goes through then Ill have the engine and trans. Which would leave me still needing tires, rims, front dana 60, and leaf springs.

Contact Brent at Trailworks, either he can help you out or might know someone that will. If not him Try Jimmy at EOR in the boro. Both of them are on this board. If they can do the work, or know someone that can. I'll come haul it for you. It would be my little bit to help a fellow soldier out.

Alright man will do. Plans may change though.me and skipped link are talkingbuisness and I may by his chassis. If I do then it would be putting my 78 on his old 49's chassis, its a 79 bronco frame. Would mean moving my engine, and cab over. Not to much work, just extending the brake lines to use my master cylinder, bolting my engine up, and mounting up my cab and possibly shortening and mounting my bed. No more than a weekends worth of work hopefully.
